Service bulletin SLI-15-03
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Polaris has determined that the clutch switch wire harness on some 2015 Slingshot vehicles was incorrectly routed during manufacturing and may interfere with clutch pedal travel. The interference may damage the switch harness and/or prevent the driver from fully depressing the clutch enough to activate the switch. If the clutch switch isn’t allowed to activate, the driver cannot start the engine.
