Service bulletin T-18-06-01
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
All 2017-2019 Slingshot models equipped with the Slingshade accessory (including factory-equipped GT models) present the possibility of contact between the driver’s seat headrest and the Slingshade door latch. With the Slingshade door closed, the seat headrest can make contact with the door latch while tilting the seat forward. If the seat is allowed to tilt forward unrestrained, the force of the seat can damage the door latch.
