## NHTSA's summary

This bulletin provides additional A/C compressor field coil specification and an inspection procedure to assist the diagnosis of vehicles equipped with clutch\-type A/C compressors. The A/C compressor field coil when energized, magnetically couples the disc \& hub assembly to the compressor pulley through a clutch action.
