SUBJECT: Proper method for PQR parts return shipping MODELS: FEC52, FEC72, FEC92, FGB72, FEC7T, FECZT, FEC9T DESCRIPTION: When MFTA Service requests that a PQR part to be returned, please follow the instructions below: Package all requested parts into one shipping container. Complete and attach the label on page two of this bulletin to the shipment. For light shipments \(less than 150 lbs\): Return all requested PQR parts less than 150 lbs via FedEx Ground Freight Collect using Account \# 212016110. For heavy truck shipments \(over 150 lbs\): Contact your Product Support Manager for shipping instructions.
