Customer Satisfaction Program \- certain vehicles may have a condition in which the transmission oil cooler lines were not properly secured. Dealers are to inspect for the connection to the fan shroud and secure if not connected. Also, if the lines show signs of leaking, the dealers will replace if necessary.
