Agility® identified 84 UPS package trucks built on the Ford F\-59 chassis, powered by the Ford V10 engine with Agility compressed natural gas \(CNG\) fuel systems, which may exhibit a no start condition as well as a rough idle on cold start. This technical service bulletin explains root causes and provides repair instructions including the following: 1\) grounding the fuel management module \(FMM\), and 2\) a software upgrade.
