Agility® identified 84 UPS package trucks built on the Ford F-59 chassis, powered by the Ford V10 engine with Agility compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel systems, which may exhibit a no start condition as well as a rough idle on cold start. This technical service bulletin explains root causes and provides repair instructions including the following: 1) grounding the fuel management module (FMM), and 2) a software upgrade.
