NHTSA's summary
Agility® identified 57 UPS package trucks built on the Ford F-59 chassis, powered by the Ford V10 engine with Agility® compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel systems, which did not have all OEM data and CNG component and system inspection decals installed prior to delivery. This technical service bulletin provides inspection and installation instructions for Vehicle Emission Control Information (VECI) decals, cylinder inspection decals, and/or vehicle inspection decals.
