## NHTSA's summary

PROCUT BRAKE LATHE UPGRADE: On certain newer BMW vehicles \(e.g. G12 M760i G14 G15\) the technician cannot perform brake rotor resurfacing using the ProCut PFM9.2 or X9 brake lathe. The lathe gearbox housing contacts the largediameter rotor preventing proper setup. New models introduced with brake rotors larger than 374 mm \(approx. 14.75"\) require new equipment for service.
