## NHTSA's summary

The Firefly auto generator start feature periodically turns off shortly after the heating ventilation air conditioner is triggered stalling the generator. A software update to the G12 module to the version 3.10 provided by Firefly has to be performed. A USB stick with the software update and a SOP \(Standard Operating Procedure\) will be sent out to dealers and retail owners of motorhomes that are affected.
