Service bulletin 200217REV_SB
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
The purpose of this Product Upgrade Service Bulletin is to inform all REV Recreation Group dealers about the need to inspect, and if necessary, add a spacer to the seat belt mounting point for the driver and passenger seats in order to improve the swivel range of the upper seat belt mounting brackets.A list of affected 2020 Pace Arrow motorhomes appears at the end of this Bulletin. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade, the upper mounting brackets for the driver and passenger seat belts may be mounted in such a way that when swiveling, it could be challenging to navigate the seat belt around the leg of the front drop down bed.
