NHTSA's summary
On some 2020 Wayfarer 25RW models, the fresh water overflow hose has inadequate water and air flow relief. If the air and water pressure on the fresh water tank does not have adequate relief, the resulting buildup of pressure can cause damage to the tank pan and possibly cause the fresh water tank to drop or damage the black water tank that is located above the fresh water tank.
