## NHTSA's summary

DDC Field Service Campaign for DETROIT Axle 5601 I\-Beam has Oversized Spring U\-Bolt Holes. Certain DETROIT front axles installed in Elite Motor Sports Chassis vehicles will require replacing. A small number of axle P/N MBA 6803315601 has the spring U\-bolt holes in the I\-beam drilled to the incorrect diameter. This oversized drilling will require these axles to be replaced with an axle that has correct diameter holes.
