PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR INSPECTING AND POSSIBLY REMOVING CERTAIN 8N1726 AND 0R0905 CONNECTING RODS AND REMAN CYLINDER PACKS FROM DEALER PARTS STOCK. Certain 8N1726 Connecting Rods were made with the bearing tab slot improperly machined. The 8N1726 Connecting Rod can be used in the Reman Cylinder Packs and seeded for 0R0905 Connecting Rods listed below. If the incorrectly machined connecting rods are used it can/will lead to misalignment of the bearing on the connecting rod partially blocking the oil feed hole.
