In addition, the customer may notice the following condition:After a short trip and shutting the engine off for 5\-10 minutes, vehicle exhibits a long crank/start condition\(EMEA only\). Hard start condition caused by spark plugs fouling. A ticking noise coming from the top of the engine area. The ticking noise is heard particularly at idle\(EMEA and APAC only\).
