## NHTSA's summary

Customer Service Announcement for Gen 5 DD15 Customer Demo Units. To grow on continued success in the market place, we continue to innovate, test and field new products that deliver on Total Cost of Ownership. The test process allows us to field a limited number of Gen 5 DD15 Customer Demo Units \(CDU\) to further ensure we meet the stringent demands of our customers. There will be approximately twenty CDU vehicles delivered between April and July of 2020. These units may need to be serviced during their time in customer's hands. Initially, there will be limited service procedures available and parts information will not be available in PartsPro.
