## NHTSA's summary

Safety Notice Regarding Illegal TBR Tires. Cooper Tire has recently become aware that illegal radial medium truck and bus \(TBR\) tires are being marketed and sold online into the United States market. These tires have fake DOT codes and/or have been de\-faced to remove brand identification markings and are not suitable for highway use. All Independent Tire Distributors and Dealers are advised to carefully inspect their TBR tires for any anomalies.
