NHTSA's summary
This campaign is being issued to address suspect valve rocker assemblies on certain ISX15 CM2250 SN and ISX CM871 E engines. This field action provides authorization for certified repair locations to replace the intake and exhaust valve rocker assemblies on eligible engines fitted with a modified rocker lever design that directly supplies oil to the pin and roller interface.
