NHTSA's summary
Revision for Service Bulletin for Western Star 5700 Pana-Pacific 540 Radio Controls Not Operating Normally. This bulletin replaces the version dated 02/07/2020. Pana-Pacific DEA540 radios (A22-74389-000, A22-77161-000) may cease to respond to volume control settings from the steering wheel switches or the controls on the radio faceplate, resulting in erratic volume control. Information about the firmware version this SB applies to has been included, the 4700 was added to the model list, and part numbers have been corrected.
