## NHTSA's summary

The product is a controller which operates a valve on a fire truck. If a flow sensor is mounted near the valve motor, there is a possibility of the flow display on the controller momentarily showing flow values whenever the valve is commanded to open or close. This is due to inductive coupling between the magnetic field of the motor and the flow sensor. To prevent this, there is a configurable option in the installation/set\-up menu which is used to eliminate this. This bulletin clarifies how to utilize this setting if this condition is observed. There is no impact on function of the valve.
