Service bulletin TSB200040-022620
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution of a crank but not start or hard start condition. The liquid propane (LP) hoses carrying LP to and from the regulator can crack and deteriorate over time due to age and environmental stress. The cracked hoses pull in excess air, resulting in a lean fuel mixture.
