New Continental GT and GTC \- Front Passenger Safety Belt Presenter Does Not Deploy Customer statement / workshop findings Front Passenger Safety Belt Presenter does not deploy when expected. Measure Check for Diagnostic Trouble codes \(DTC\) relating to the Front Passenger Safety Belt Presenter, if DTC’s are not evident conduct the following process: Ensure the Driver and Passenger doors are closed. Open Passenger door. Sit in the Passenger seat. Ensure the Remote Control Key is in the vehicle, switch on the ignition. Close Passenger door. Passenger Safety Belt Presenter deploys. If the vehicle conforms to the logic above no further action is required, this is normal functionality.
