# Service bulletin SA\-020\-20

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

Due to a vehicle side logic change for the vehicles listed above, the seat warming and seat ventilation systems will no longer automatically turn on when the vehicle is started using the MMS accessory. Both features will now require a manual setting every time the vehicles are restarted after being turned off. Refer to the vehicle owner’s manual for more details on proper seat warmer/seat ventilation operation.

Some CX\-5 and CX\-30 customers may find that the liftgate does not close when pressing the power liftgate \(PLG\) rear switch \(A\) located on the interior liftgate trim. If the white stains reappear again, simply wipe them again in the same way. NOTE: The antistatic effect does not deteriorate with this procedure.
