Flash: Powertrain Control Module \(PCM\) Updates This bulletin involves reprogramming the PCM with the latest available software. Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp \(MIL\) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find that one or more of the following Diagnostic Trouble Codes \(DTCs\) have been set: P16A2 \- ETC Motor Self\-Learning \(Limp Home Position\). P023E \- Turbocharger Pressure And Manifold Pressure Plausibility \(Signal Rate Of Change Below Threshold\)Euro Stage 6D Emissions \(Sales Code NBD\). Customer may also experience the following:Engine hesitation/surge feeling after a cold engine start and while driving in 2nd gear under 3000 rpm \(customer may comment that the engine doesn't give full power until after a couple minutes\)Euro Stage 6D Emissions \(Sales Code NBD\).
