HVAC Potential spurious Diagnostic Trouble Code \(DTC\) Customer statement / workshop findings: Customer will not be aware of this code / Workshop may discover this code whilst running a Diagnostic Trouble Code log as part of other investigations on the car Technical background: At low ambient temperatures a spurious fault code may be logged by the HVAC control module in reference to the air quality sensor. The code is stored without being accompanied by any functional failure in the system Measure: The following may be seen during routine interrogation of vehicle systems do not take any investigative action in response to the following fault code unless there is an actual fault evident in the system or a fault in the system has been reported by the owner.
