Service bulletin Thread-in gland
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
A loose thread-in gland (head) on the piggy back cylinder could be possible on some sliding axle trailers. We were notified from our supplier on December 4, 2019 of this potential service requirement. Customers should inspect their new trailers. If they find a loose thread-in gland, they should call the telephone number provided for service. If the parts are tight, no actions are required with the exception of responding via e-mail or by telephone acknowledging this request and fulfillment thereof.
The document
The document is the manufacturer's. This site does not hold it. NHTSA files a document at one of these two addresses; we have not asked NHTSA which.
