Video Message \- It concerns two HFL\-related issues that Tech Line has been getting calls on and how applying five\-step troubleshooting can help get them fixed. The two HFL\-related issues are clients' phones won't connect to Apple CarPlay or Android Auto and clients can't answer incoming calls.
