This is a recall notice of a Cummins Filtration product containment request. It has been determined that the FS19947 and FS19947J may have a quality issue which could cause low fuel pressure and low power symptoms upon installation. The issue occurs immediately upon installation and does not affect all FS19947 elements. Filters currently in service that did not see issues during initial installation do not need to be replaced.
