Service bulletin A19110B
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
ServiceNews Article - The 2020 CR-V comes with two backup fuses: No. 18 BACK UP (10A) and No. 27 BACK UP 2 (30A). If you pull the No. 27 fuse (or it's blown), and turn the ignition to ON while leaving the No. 18 fuse intact, it will set DTC B123F (automatic lighting control unit/sunlight sensor error).
