## NHTSA's summary

This Sprinter Service Campaign has been initiated because Daimler AG \(DAG\), the manufacturer of Mercedes\-Benz and Freightliner Sprinter vehicles, has determined that due to a factory process change the seam seal on the Emergency Exit window may be incomplete which could allow moisture to enter the interior of the vehicle. An authorized Sprinter dealer will rework the Emergency Exit window seal seam at the next workshop visit.
