## NHTSA's summary

The Service Bulletin informs owners of model year 2019 J4500 model coaches equipped with an ISX, X12, or DD13 engine with E\-fan to replace the existing T bolt charge air cooler \("CAC"\) clamps, MCI P/N: 19\-04\-0482, with a new clamp, MCI P/N: 19\-04\-0539, and to torque all CAC clamps on the coach to 70\-80 In\-lbs. instead of 90\-110 In\-lbs.
