## NHTSA's summary

Bulletin advising customers and users that the ANSI/ASSP A10.31\-2019 standard for Digger Derricks will take effect in June, 2020. Units manufactured after that date must comply with the new requirements. Units built to previous standards do not have to be updated. The installers, owns, users, and operators must follow this revised standard for inspection, maintenance, use, and operation.
