## NHTSA's summary

Some 2019 Mustang GT350 vehicles built on 1\-Feb\-2019 and through 31May2019 may exhibit a condition where they arrive at the dealer as a new vehicle with the instrument panel cluster \(IPC\) displaying "FACTORY MODE CONTACT DEALER." Be aware that factory mode is different than transport mode, and requires a different procedure to deactivate it. Refer to Workshop Manual \(WSM\), Section 419\-10 for instructions on how to deactivate factory mode.
