Service bulletin MC1300319
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
The software for the engine control advances the ignition angle by up to 10° during certain load conditions and engine speeds starting at approx. 14,200 RPM. This is due to a faulty ignition angle output, The cylinder-specific knock control works correctly. Nevertheless, excessive wear can occur over the long term due to the high thermal load in the engine at these speeds.
