## NHTSA's summary

NOISE FROM FRONT SEAT HEADREST: When adjusting the headrest scissor mechanism \(aka side extensions or "wings"\) a groaning noise can be heard. Due to the elimination of the NED \(Non\-Electrical Diagnosis\) test plan for seat noise from ISTA we are releasing this bulletin. Headrest scissor mechanism \(wing\) assembly.
