Service bulletin N192224350

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

N192224350 - Customer Satisfaction Program - Certain 2019 model year Chevrolet Silverado MD 4500/5500/6500 vehicles, which should be equipped with rear traction blackwall tires (RPO YAN or YAO), may have been built with incorrect tires. These vehicles may have highway tread tires instead of traction blackwall tires at the rear tire locations. All compliance requirements are met, however a customer annoyance condition exists. Replace all four rear tires.
