This Technical Service Bulletin describes the new coolant thermostat housing seal implemented for heavy duty platforms. The material of the coolant thermostat seal was changed from brass to stainless steel. A more robust stainless steel design prevents premature malfunction that may be experienced when utilizing the existing brass seal.
