E70 35d fails to start after programming with ISTA/P 2.48.1 Message Recipients: Service Managers, Shop Foremen, Service Advisors, Service Technicians Situation: After programming for a repair, retrofit or service action the engine cranks but fails to start and a CC message indicating the DEF must be refilled is displayed. Cause: The incorrect DDE software is flashed. Field: The error will be corrected with ISTA/P 2.48.2, scheduled to be released by December 10.
