## NHTSA's summary

This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that do not recognize the SD card when it is used in the Performance Data Recorder \(PDR\) system. The SD card needs to be formatted to FAT32 and also have a class 10 designation in order to be compatible with the system.
