NHTSA's summary
Under heavy water splash and environmental conditions, an Advanced Radar Sensor's membrane may allow water to enter the sensor which may lead to corrosion on PC Board, which could lead to the system shutting down. The purpose of the communication was to notify customers of potential issue.
