Service bulletin TIN-19-00-002
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

This notice provides information and instructions to dealers that have been experiencing wireless connectivity issues with the new battery and electrical diagnostic analyzer, Midtronics CPX-930, and the cloud-based Battery Management Information System (BMIS). The dealers that do not have the current software configuration (192-111588C) will be sent a thumb drive and USB adaptor to manually update their unit. This notice also provides dealers with instructions on how to check the software configuration number and how to update their Midtronics CPX-930 unit, using the USB.
