## NHTSA's summary

Luxfer Gas Cylinders issued a technical instruction \(Appendix 2\) regarding over torque prevention for their One\-Turn Valve \(OTV\) model MPVE\-250. This valve has been used on vehicles equipped with Agility 21605000 CNG \(compressed natural gas\) fuel systems which include a side mount \(SM\) cylinder. Luxfer has determined components within the manual shutoff valve must be replaced. ENPxxx\-722 details safe defueling and repair verification procedures required to be performed prior to and after the Luxfer procedures included in "Appendix 2."
