NHTSA's summary
Luxfer Gas Cylinders issued a technical instruction (Appendix 2) regarding over torque prevention for their One-Turn Valve (OTV) model MPVE-250. This valve has been used on vehicles equipped with Agility 21605000 CNG (compressed natural gas) fuel systems which include a side mount (SM) cylinder. Luxfer has determined components within the manual shutoff valve must be replaced. ENPxxx-722 details safe defueling and repair verification procedures required to be performed prior to and after the Luxfer procedures included in "Appendix 2."
