NHTSA's summary
Service Bulletin - While driving at speeds between 20 and 55 mph (engine speeds between 2500 and 3500 rpm), you may hear a metallic buzz or rattle (similar to a heat shield rattle) from under the vehicle when gently letting up on the accelerator pedal.
