## NHTSA's summary

Service Information \(VTA and part ordering process\): The Volkswagen Technicians Helpline and the VWGoA Parts Department continue to work together identifying process improvements to better enhance customer satisfaction. One goal is to ensure a needed part for a repair arrives at the dealer as quickly as possible. If a VTA case requires a part to complete a repair, the Technicians Helpline consultant will provide instruction for the technician to pass along to the dealer parts department. This document informs how to contact the VWGoA Parts Specialist for parts assistance.
