Service Information (wiTECH Flash issue V13.03.214): Dealers may have installed the early version of wiTECH V13.03.214. If you are using V13.03.214 you will experience errors when downloading flash files from the dealer connect server. This is because the flash file format has changed. As of September 15th 2013 the StarMOBILE Desktop Client is no longer compatible with the current flash file format. This includes the early version of wiTECH V13.03.214 All dealers must update their older version of wiTECH Desktop Client top 13.04.7 Refer to Service Net VSE-13-14 for install/uninstall instructions on Service Net.
