Technical Bulletin \(Airbag Warning Lamp ON\): The airbag control unit self\-test may be susceptible to alarm horn resonance during the self\-test causing the airbag light to illuminate in the instrument panel. If this situation occurs, the airbag system remains operational. This document informs how to Install an alarm kit and replace the airbag control unit. This document discusses the "Fault Codes" necessary to diagnosis, and potential remedy of the issue. The fault codes for checking warranty coverage for servicing the vehicle are also available.
