Service Information \(ODIS "Offboard Diagnostic Information System" Service Email Outbox Configurations\): A variety of network and email types are in use at US/CDN dealerships. In many cases, the firewalls or other network restrictions applied by dealership IT and security policies define how the network and email services are used by dealership personnel.
