Service bulletin PUN 2018F
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
This Product Update Notice (PUN) informed customers that LR760E70 and LRV60E70 aerial devices currently meet the applicable standards for stability when the unit is set up on slopes of up to 5 degrees side to side. The units also meet current stability standards when set up with the chassis on a front-to-rear slope of up to 8 degrees. Altec has discontinued the previously allowable front-to-rear setup on slopes between 5 and 8 degrees based on customer feedback and to increase the margins of stability. Beginning with September 2018 production, the slope indicators and serial number plates are labeled to limit the allowable front to-rear-slope to 5 degrees. Altec is offering kits to owners of older units who want to update the unit to operate with theincreased margin of stability as on the new LR760E70 units.
