## NHTSA's summary

This is a Technical Information Notice sent to dealers. This notice instructs dealers on how to address concerns when an affected vehicle experiences a lack of throttle response at initial start\-up with the CEL \(Check Engine Light\) illuminated in extremely cold temperatures. It is recommended that the dealers replaces the TAC relay \(8627A049\) in order to address this concern.
